Juliet’s corporate leadership coaching focuses on behavioural change, emotional intelligence and resilience and aligning values to behaviour to enable leaders to be the best version of themselves - at work, and at home.

While the concept of work/life balance was in vogue in the People and Culture space for many years, the leaders in the fields of performance and positive psychology are leaning more and more towards the concept of work/life alignment, a more holistic approach to living a rewarding, fulfilling life at home and at work.

This is very much in line with Juliet’s coaching ethos, as what impacts you at home will inevitably impact you at work - and vice versa!

Unlike traditional and mainstream approaches to leadership coaching, Juliet’s approach is individualised.  Juliet is an expert in learning and guiding growth at a personal level with an end goal of creating better individuals within an organisation, this naturally tends to lead to stronger organisational cultures and better leaders.
