Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the common questions that we get asked. If there is anything else that you would like to learn, please contact Juliet.

  • If you give Juliet 24 hours’ notice, no issue we’ll just reschedule the session to a time that best suits you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or are a ‘no show’ then the session is forfeited. Of course, if something comes up that is an emergency or unforeseen medical issue then we’ll just reschedule your session.

  • That’s a great question! The key to the success of any coaching program is the connection and chemistry between the coachee and the coach. To ensure you connect well with Juliet the first step is to book in for a free Discovery Call. During that call you will be able to see if you resonate with Juliet and her style of coaching.

  • All coaching programs are indivdiualised to a person’s needs, so the best way to find the right fit for you is to book in for a free discovery call and talk with Juliet about the outcomes you are seeking. She will guide you with the right path to take to get to your required results.

  • At the heart of any successful coaching relationship is the trust between a coach and a coachee. Juliet abides by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. All conversations between her and the coachee are confidential, with the exception being the case that a coachee mentions harming themselves or others.

  • Juliet works with clients across Australia and Asia Pacific, so offers both in-person and online sessions. Both are equally effective, it’s really up to where you live, and what your personal preference is. If you’re local to Melbourne, you might as well pop in and give in-person a go and visit Juliet at her purpose-built wellness centre, The Revitalise Centre, located in Glen Iris.

  • Many clients have described Juliet as having a caring and nurturing nature. She offers a non-judgmental space for her clients to talk freely and openly without fear of being judged. She is compassionate, supportive and understanding.

  • This is a challenging question to answer, but one that nearly every client asks. As each person’s problem has different depths, there is ‘no one answer fits all’ for this question. At each coaching session you will be given tips and exercises to integrate into your life. The more “work” you do outside of the sessions, the quicker your results will be. Juliet is an excellent facilitator, but the real results come from her clients taking action on the tasks that she sets them. Without action there can be no results. Some clients are self motivated and require less sessions while others like the idea of an accountability partner and see Juliet more frequently. This is something that can be discussed in more detail with Juliet.
