Why I'm passionate about helping you

Both my children and my husband have congenital heart disease, and our family have been managing this for 18 years now. After our family’s last major health crisis in 2014, I fell into that dark tunnel.

Yes, I was able to cope with things. However, that coping mechanism meant that I also pushed many of my emotions to the side. Eventually, I caught myself in an emotional turmoil - I would cry all the time, I would get frustrated easily, or I could be quick to yell or be angry.

It took me years of seeing professionals and studying to manage my emotions. When I was finally able to build my emotional resilience, I felt more equipped to navigate difficult situations with grace and composure.

The experience I went through with my family changed my life and it is why I am so passionate about supporting you in your journey as well.
